Designing the interpersonal moments that turn people into protagonists for brands and in life.

It’s the human moment — the one happening right now, in every room, at every event, in every ordinary Tuesday. Your guests are already having an immersive experience. It’s theirs, entirely. No one else is inside it. And all they’re waiting for is one human to look at them and confirm: you’re in the right place. This is for you. When that moment is designed, everything opens. When it’s missing, nothing else matters — not the lights, not the set, not the million-dollar production.
That’s what I help brands fix. And it’s what I help individuals remember.

I design the human layer of experience: the interpersonal moments where someone feels seen, welcomed, and subtly invited to step forward instead of stand back.
Through IDD, I help global brands shape staff–guest interactions so their experiences don’t just look immersive, they feel immersive. Cohesive. Intentional. Worth returning to.
And through projects like #irl, I explore the same idea on a personal level, helping individuals realize they’re not watching their lives unfold. They’re already inside them.
Whether I’m on a stage, inside a boardroom, or in conversation one-on-one, the mission is the same: To turn observers into protagonists.
To present the moment for one to realize: This is my experience.
This moment is for me.
I design the interpersonal moments that turn people into protagonists — inside brand experiences and inside their own lives.
CMOs, experiential leaders, hospitality teams, agencies, and cultural institutions who invest heavily in environments and want the human layer to match the ambition of the production.
Leaders, creatives, founders, and thoughtful humans who feel successful on paper but want to feel more present, engaged, and fully inside their own lives.

Humans immerse humans.
Physical environments set the stage. Human interaction determines whether anyone steps into it.
Interpersonal (IDD) is my framework for intentionally designing the human layer of live experiences — the staff–guest moments that determine belonging, participation, and brand memory.
It transforms operational roles into experiential touchpoints.
Every person is already having an immersive experience. We design from their point of view, anticipating the questions they’re silently asking:
“Do I belong here?
What’s happening?
How do I engage?”
Where do humans meet? Check-in. Transitions. Questions. Moments of uncertainty. We map the staff–guest interactions that shape the emotional arc of the experience.
People don’t usually jump in without permission. We optimize opportunities where staff can give guests permission to suspend their disbelief, participate and play.
Scripts create compliance. Presence creates connection. We empower teams to respond dynamically in real time so guests feel seen, welcomed, and invited to step in, not be processed.
